Free Online Revit Training-Design Options

I've collected quite a few Revit shortcuts in my Favorites folder that I have forgotten. I came across this one and a few others today. They're links to free online audio-video webcast training that Autodesk conducted for Revit 7. While it's an older release, the procedures are still applicable if you are just getting to know this feature.
